Here's an old Gerald McBoing Boing design I did for season 1 of the show. I re-framed it though to make the trees more intimidating. I always liked the simplicity of it and am glad to have finally painted it up. I definitely didn't follow the paint style for the show, but I'm really happy with how it turned out.
I'm a little slow on posting these days, due to the fact that I'm doing some design work for a project called Monstroville. Very cool stuff, be sure to check out the production diary Blog, all sorts of cool people involved in this...
I will also be posting work for Monstroville over there.

Great painting, Josh. The trees feel overbearing, and ominous. The hat shaped roof was a nice touch as well.
Thanks for the super kind words on the Jimmy Two shows stuff btw. Wish I could have worked on the show fulltime with you guys.
I remember that design, good job on the painting, you really look like you enjoying your venture into the painting world.
Looks awesome! I love the textures that you have employed here. Very nice. Thanks for the Monstroville hookup.
